AI Image and Video Generation: Plan, Create and Review a Useful Result
A generated picture can help explain a lesson, and a short video can show a simple scene. The best result starts with a clear purpose. Decide what the reader should see before choosing a tool or writing a long prompt.
Understand the main tasks
Text-to-image creates an image from a description. Image-to-image uses an existing image as a starting point. Inpainting changes a selected area. Text-to-video creates a sequence from a prompt, while image-to-video uses an image to guide a moving scene.
Tools have different limits for size, duration, editing and reference images. Model names, access and pricing change. Check the current official guide for the exact service. A text prompt for one product is not a working API request for every product.
Write a small creative brief
- Purpose: an illustration for a beginner lesson about cloud storage.
- Subject: a laptop connected to a simple storage symbol.
- Style: clean, friendly, easy to recognise at a small size.
- Composition: one main idea with space around it.
- Brand: teal accents such as #22b2a4 where suitable.
- Delivery: an image size and file format appropriate for the page.
This is a design brief, not a claim that every model can match an exact colour. Review the generated result. For text, labels and precise diagrams, editable vector or HTML graphics may be easier to keep accurate.
A clearer image prompt
Create a simple educational illustration for a beginner cloud-storage lesson.
Show one laptop sending three small document icons to a clearly separated storage symbol.
Use a light background and teal accents near #22b2a4.
Use clean shapes and a calm composition with enough empty space.
Do not add words, logos or personal information.
The idea must remain readable as a small blog thumbnail.
Generate a small number of candidates, compare them with the brief and ask for one specific improvement. Changing subject, style, layout and colour at once makes it harder to know what helped.
Plan a short video as a shot
One continuous short shot. A person places a closed notebook on a desk.
A gentle camera move brings the notebook into the centre of the frame.
Soft daylight, a quiet background, realistic movement.
Keep the same desk and notebook throughout. No visible text.
Describe the subject, action, camera movement and scene. Avoid asking for many unrelated events in a few seconds. Inspect continuity, hands, moving objects, text and audio if present. A convincing frame does not guarantee a consistent sequence.
Hosted tools and local workflows
A hosted tool handles model execution through a service. A local diffusion workflow needs compatible model files, software and enough memory. A node-based interface such as ComfyUI connects steps visually. It still requires understanding the chosen models and extensions.
Hugging Face Diffusers provides pipelines for supported diffusion models. The model's own card and documentation determine compatible parameters, hardware and licence. Do not assume one generic pipeline can run every video model. This lesson avoids pretend API calls that look executable but are not tied to a documented service.
Prepare the result for a website
Review factual accuracy, rights, consent and any misleading realistic appearance. Use an appropriate size and compression. Add alternative text describing the useful content. Keep the source asset so you can revise it. Check how the thumbnail crops on mobile.
Do not upload private reference photos without appropriate permission. Avoid presenting a generated scene as documentary evidence of a real event. Review the service's actual usage terms for your project.
Practice
Write a brief for one Lecturre lesson image. Make a checklist with purpose, clarity, crop, accessibility and consistency. Compare two candidates using that list. Explain why an attractive but incorrect illustration should not be published.
